Batch Join Video Clips

Hello. always been a fan of this forum down the years but never had to post as usually i can find all the info. anyhow..i was wanting to batch join video clips. I have my own wee advert made (5secs long) and lots of video clips from my mobile (3gp but can convert) I was wanting to join my advert to the end of each clip individually. Currently using apecsoft 3gp joiner and it does the job great but sadly i have to to it one clip at a time. Is there any software that you know of that will let me do all this in batches as i have 200+ there to do and it would be great if i could go to bed and leave it running.

nah the first one is too hard for me to understand and the 2nd might not be what i am after. Anyone any suggestions for a man thats run out of ideas? thanks
