Vegas 7.0 clipping problem ? Hmmmm....

Hello,

ok my problem is im trying to cut sections to take and out stuff, but everytime i click on cut, it cuts the whole thing ?


any ideas?

Use the "windows" button followed by "S" to split the clip at the in and out point.

in my experience simply placing the play line (vertical line that controls what is being played) where you want the cut and hit the "s" button on your keyboard. If you only want to splice a specific track, select the track before hitting "s" (otherwise it will splice all tracks at the specified point).

Put your vertical line where you want to cut and click on the line in only the track you want cut. If you don't click on a specific track it automatically cuts all tracks.
