In the video I have white flash transitions but they are in 4/3 ratio does any one no how to put it in 16/9

You absolutely need to deinterlace your video before encoding to Flash.
You set the project up wrong in FCP. It needs to be set up as 16:9.
It's also in an odd-sized Flash Window. You need to control the Flash encoding in Adobe Flash.
I'm not listening to it, but what I see is decent camera work with decent editing. Just fix those issues and you'll be good.Want my help? Ask here! (not via PM!)
