Is frameserving into TMPGEnc with Vdub better?

Hi there,

Do u think it is better to frameserv with Virtualbub into TMPGEnc then just using TMPGEnc alone? For example, can I get rid of the macroblocks in mpeg-2? Or does it give better results at all?
