I'm struggling to find out how to do this in Vegas Pro 8, but if you know other programs that can do this, feel free to recommend them.

Basically, I have a video that last 60 mins, I want to split it to 6 parts for 10 minutes each for youtube or whatever. I want to add a text NOT on entire 60 mins, but only 20 seconds at the end of each 10-minutes video clip.

Sound too simple right? The thing is, I have to manually do for every single file. In Vegas, I have to select the part, click "Make Movie," and wait for it to be done, then do the second file.

That is too time consuming because I have to be at the computer after the 1st 10-minutes clip is done, then continue to do the second clip. My question is: Is there a way to add a task list, such as using multiple selections so the software automatically process to the next clip?

To sum up: Spliting a long files to multiple small files with text title that appears for a short time at the end of small files. I guess Vegas might be able to do this, I just don't know how.

You can easily split the file into as many parts as you need in Vegas using the split command. After splitting it up, you can then add titles in place using either the title generator, or a text generator.

Unfortunately I know of no way to them export the separate clips in a single pass or through a batch render using vanilla Vegas. I suspect that there are scripts available to do this is you google, although they may not be free.
