Text tracks in mp4?

Hi all,

I have a quicktime movie with text tracks (QTtext).

However when I convert it to mp4 then the text track gets burned into the movie track.

I thought QT supports ttext in mp4?

Any idea where I go wrong?

How do you convert it? What TOOL?

At the moment I use QuickTime Pro - I also tried VisualHub (I'm on a Mac)
