What do you mean by rescan ? Do you mean open it in Shrink and process it again, or just run it through the first time ?
If it is running it through Shrink the first time, you probably have a bad rip. Rip the original again using DVDFab HD Decrypter (latest version) and try again.
If you are trying to run a movie through Shrink a second time and get this error then I suspect shrink choked on the first pass, and you should start again.Read my blog here.

Move the file to another location, open shrink, go to the file tab and try to open that file again, you will get an error message press ok, now that path is deleted. Move the file back to it's original position and shrink should scan the file again.
Instaed of moving the file renaming the folder should also work -
You can also delete the analysis file and Shrink will rescan the DVD. It's usually located in: 'C
ocuments and Settings/All Users/Applications/DVD Shrink'. The application file is a hidden file, so you will have to turn on viewing of hidden files in 'Folder Options'.

You can just delete them all too. I don't know why it permanently saves them anyway, seems silly to me.
