alltoavi how long does it take

i was wondering how long it would roughly take to canvert a 688MB MP4 (h264) file to avi using high quality bit rate in alltoavi. i just tried converting the file with low quality bit rate and that took about 30-40mins to do about 4 minutes of the file and the quality was poor

If you still have a athlon xp 1800 it may take that long. Try use 1pass encoding for faster encoding and increase the video bitrate to acheive better video quality.
