Help...What did I do wrong???

Using one of the VCDHelp guide to make a DVD to SVCD file. Burned the .mpg file onto CD using Nero 5.5 but keep getting this error: "not open. Please verify that the path and filename are correct and try again. (Error=800704D3)" while try to open with PowerDVD!!! Tried to create to the .bin/.cue file and burned into Cd using CDRWIN and getting the same results??? PowerDVD plays the file from harddisk fine! Any ideas??? or what did I do wrong??? Very appreciate for your help. Already toasted several discs. Thx....

correction, the previous error was from WMP 6.4, the error from PowerDVD was: "a disc with unsupported format in drive E:". Please help. Thx.

PowerDVD doesn't play SVCD's ....at all. Windvd 2000 does

thx rayjr13. i didn't know powerdvd won't do svcd.
the scvd is playing fine with windvd. what's about the standalone dvd player? i have an apex and it won't able to play it? other bought scvd played fine. any help here? thx.

It all depends on the dvd player. I was lucky when I got mine.
