    Hi all,

    I downloaded this program 4 days ago. When I tried to convert my avi file to svcd, it failedat 79% and when I tried with a different file, it failed at 99%.

    I didnt need subtitiles.
    Can I pls get some help?

    The Log may hold clues to why a conversion failed. You may access the Log by clicking the blue "i" in the ffmpegX Progress window.
    Based on any error found in there, fellow users may be able to suggest a fix.

    i tried that a few times but aech time when i click on the "i", the progress window crashes. any other way to get the log?

    You could get very similar output in Terminal by activating Open Terminal Window from the menu in ffmpegX.

    I also find that the log window crashes my computer when using mpeg2enc. ffmpeg is OK (probably because it's not as long).
