  1. I am trying to resize 720x480 to 352x480 in v-dub. The guide on this site only shows the new height, new width, and frame height, frame width for svcd. I know the fram height and with is 352x480, but does anyone know what to use for new height and new width. If you don't know what the settings are, then does anyone know how to figure them out?

  2. You are perhaps using Smart Resize filter in Virtualdub.
New Height and New Width is the final size of your Video Image and is same as Frame Height/Width if you want your image to fill the screen.
Frame Width and Frame Height would be different (greater than New Height/Width) only when you want to letterbox(borders around) your Video.
