I've obtained a ATI Theater 550Pro video capture card for my WinXP system. I want to capture video from my VHS VCR (via COAX) into FLV (but Im willing to take MPG,VOB, or DIVx format). Im more concerned with just capturing this video to my HDD than the format its captured in.
SO far I just cant find software to recognize the capture card. The appropriate WDM drivers from the AMD site works fine. I dloaded VirtualDubMod but it keeps reporting "You cannot use this device when another video application is already using it." I have nothing else running to cause this prob. Probably something wrong with the capture driver. VirtualDubMod capture source says video device is ATI AVStream Analog Capture.

Have you been to the ATI website and looked up your card for the appropriate drivers?
