    When i try to process a file, after the full processing, the video turns out to look like it has lines going horizontal. Not sure of what to pick so it doesnt have those lines.

    It's called interlacing and if the destination is for DVD you don't have to do anything, actually removing them will produce worse quality. If its for computer palyback only the term you are looking for is deinterlace..
