dvd cam to dvd disc

hi there, hope you can help,i have a hitachi dz-mv40004(pal) dvd cam.when i play the 8mm disc on my pc they are sound but i wish to put these films on dvd disc so i can play them on dvd players.i am using re-recordable disc's so i need to erase the old one's.but no programme i have will convert the files to a dvd format i can burn to disc.i have cucusoft avi convertor-dvd decrypter-roxio easy media creator-convertxtodvd-imtoo 3g encoder plus many other's.i do a lot of dvd's.yet i cannot get any of these to convert the dvd cam vid to a dvd format i can burn to dvd.can you sugest a programme that will....sorry for the long post..cheers in advance.................nicko

tmpgenc dvd author, ulead dvd moviefactory, or ulead dvd workshop can import from most recorded dvd formats and make a new dvd.

but doesn't the camera include any software???

cheeers for the reply,will download them now.there is no software with the camera.when the disc is full you click finalize and then put it in the pc and it plays on the pc or dvd player,i need to erase the disc so i can use them again so i need software to convert from dvd-rtav to a format i can burn onto a dvd disc...cheers nicko
