I have just bought a Sharp TV, the DVD/VCR is on av2, when i watch the tv, DVD or video through av2 the colour is very green, the picture is fine through sky (av1) and the external ariel. I tried the DVD through another TV and it was fine, I also tried another DVD on the sharp tv and that was fine. Any ideas what the problem may be? Thanks

Is the dvd thats green region 1 and are you using scart connectors? if you have cheap scarts they don't always have all of the connections wired to the pins in the plug ,also only certain av inputs on your tv will cope with nstc playback.

I am using the same scart that i was using on the old TV, when there was no problem, also when i tried a different DVD with the same scart that was not a problem! I have tried the scart leads in both AV ports. I have not tried to adjust the colour on the TV as the TV is fine on sky and the normal ariel. You said about the DVD being region 1, would that not have caused a problem with the old TV. Thanks
