    No. It's image subtitles so it would require that OCR it to text subtitles with for example subrip and then you can use any font you like.

    You can however change the colours and positions by using Subtosup, then opening the Sup in DVDSubedit.

    You can change timing and delete subs too.

    And then you must convert back to VobSub. And also you need an IFO file for DVDSubEdit...

    Or you can do all these in SubtitleCreator.
    If it's only the colors and the timings, you can also edit the .idx file with notepad (see the "palette: " line).
