    I have subtitles in polish,but they are being shown in western font,how can i change that?(.srt,.txt files)When i switch windows language to polish its still western font...

    It is not related with windows language.
    Depends which player you use, but usually you have to change the font within your player Options>Preferencies>Subtitle>Font.
    Maybe font signed as Eastern Europe would work.

    well,i had to do it in VobSub, DirectVobSub/ configure/main/text settings/eastern eauropean and it works in TMPGEncDVDAuthor,i get EE font there but when i play with vlc its western again,the first one was my bigger concern so im fine for now,i looked in vlc but i didnt c font settings there(i mean font charset )fine for now but if somebody have some ideas how to make it all work...please speak now..thx

    If your goal are subtitles, change the player.
    KMPlayer has the best subtitle support - I use it all the time and this is why:
