mpeg-4 conversion help.

hi mates. i have mpeag-4 files generated with Envivio Encoder. and i want to convert them to mpeag2 so pleaase help me oiut with this.
i need some good software to convert.
i used procoder. and its not working. actually the codec used with envivio is h.264
i have h.264 installed in my system as well.
someone told me to use AVS converter. i used the demo version 5.5 and it worked. but getting the full version is very difficult i think .
so need help. if you know some other converter.

Why is it difficult to get the full version? You just buy it.

Or if you want a free alternative try SUPER, not the best mpeg2 encoder. Or else try avisynth together with HC Encoder or Quenc.
