mpeg conversion using ffmpeg

hi,

I am attempting to convert flv contents into mpeg format by using ffmpeg in command line as follows

ffmpeg.exe -i c:/convert_temp/name.flv -r 29.97 -aspect 4:3 -b 2016 c:/convert_temp/name.mpg

I also need to add video scale size (as 240:192).How to mention it as parameter in the above command.


Plz help me..
