I wonder if anyone has the 3 digit remote control code number for the SKYWORTH3650 DIVX player?

I bought a 8 for 1 remote but it doesnt have a skyworth code among the codes in the handbook, I searched online but found nothing much to help me.........

any light you can throw on this would make me very happy!!!!!!! esp a link to skyworth pages.

cos i can't work the darn thing with out the code number

i have emailed the maker of the remote, but i doubt they will be much help cos in the book it says contact the manufacture for missing codes. trying to find a skyworth website of any use is a joke.....

Aint that a load of help!

Many of the manufacturers of universal remotes have means of adding codes to the device.

You need to check the web site of your remote's manufacturer to see if there is a code for your remote and if not, contact them to determine if your remote can be updated.

I recently bought a OneForAll remote which could be updated for my DVD recorder over the phone. Other models from them must be sent back to the factory for update and some can;t be updated.

Many remotes have a JP1 connector and with a cable can be updated from your PC.

I cannot emphasize enough that you should ask the manufacturer for help and if they won;t help return the remote.

the handbook for the remote says contact the manufacture of the dvd player, so i doubt i will get an answer from the remote controls website... and as i say, no matter how hard i try i can not find a site for skyworth that is any use at all.

You are unlikely get an correct answer without identifying the manufacturer of the remote you wish to use.

If you don't want to look like a newbie, provide the information which might enable someone to answer your question.

If I hadn't succesfully complete a similar task with a rebadged LG recorder, I would not have taken any interest in your problem.
