I have a video clip, it says the format is also video clip, that I would like to seperate the audio from? Someone helpThanks

Try dropping it into Gspot, so you can see what the video and audio formats really are.
For AVI type formats, you could use VirtualDub Mod or similar and demux the audio to separate it from the video.
For MPEG type formats, there are several programs that can demux. I use TMPGEnc encoder for that most of the time, or try the freeware ProjectX.

If you just want the audio, you can record it with Audacity (freeware).
Start Audacity recording, then play the video clip. Set Audacity to "Stereo Mix" and it should work.
