Could someone please suggest a program that I could use to make a menu for a dvd that has only avi's on it.

I don't want to convert the avi's, I want to leave them as is, just need a program so that I can play the dvd in my stand alone dvd player and be able to choose which avi I want to play

I have tried Nero & Pegasys dvd author but they both convert the avi's

Many thanks in advance for any suggestions

Not possible, except w/ a) the Divx codec and b) a Divx Ultra (I think it's called) capable player. If you want menus you're just better off converting; otherwise with a standard divx/xvid player sans menus.

Nero is rubbish and should be avoided, and will try to convert them to DVD format anyway.

The latest TDA will author Divx discs with menues etc, but will convert them to .Divx (which may be a simple demux/mux type exercise, or it may not) and the menus etc will only be usable on a PC using the Divx Player, or on Divx Ultra Certified playback equipment.
