    How do I make a menu for a video_ts folder that has no menu?
    any good programs for this?
    any advice?
    Keep in mind that I only have the video_ts folder since I already deleted the regular file.

    You can try to make a dummy menu and attach it with Vobblanker and/or PGCEdit, or you can demux the video and audio content with DGIndex, and create a new menu and disc structure with GUIForDVDAuthor.

    Personally, I think the second option is the easiest.

    Or the easiest, Tmpgenc DVD Author, add dvd-video and import the video_Ts folder and then make your menu. Not free though.

    Also you could try DVDStyler same engine as GUIForDVDAuthor. No need to demux and has a different interface.

    You can use vob files without demuxing in GfD too. But it will not always work (same as with DVDStyler).
