    I bought the capture card a few months back from bestbuy and lost the box awhlie ago. Problem is, I can't find the box so I dont know which pinnacle card it is. To make matters even worse, it doesn't say on the card and pinnacles website has no drivers to even download. Can anyone help me to even start getting this mess solved? Where can i get some drivers?

    Well, i found out its the dv500 ... but the pinnacle website of course says it doesn't support sp2 (the new drivers). When i try to run any capture program and put it on composite, nothing shows up. It's just a black screen. Same with s-video. I dont know what to do.
