I have a PC with OS Windows 2000 Pro and a Pinnacle DC 10 Capture Card.
I intend to buy the Pinnacle Studio 11 Soft and install on this machine for using it to capture analog and digital videos but not HD video is it possible?
    Would this configuration works?
I am asking because Pinnacle says minimum requirements is Win XP sp2 or Win Vista but I can´t install them on my machine without loosing a lot of other programs already installed.
    Thanks

That's what Pinnacle says at their site. I would not take the risk to try it on Windows 2000.
There are also no official drivers for the DC10 for W2K and XP.

I know that Studio 9 can run on Windows 2000. Perhaps you can try to get an old Studio AV/DV package which has Studio 9 included and has capture hardware for DV and MJPEG.
I don't use Studio 9 but use the hardware with succes on W2K to capture mjpeg with VirtualDub.
