I have 2 parts of a movie and two parts of a subtitle

    Ex.:
    ClerksPart1.avi and ClerskPart1.srt
    ClerksPart2.avi and ClerksPart2.srt

How can i join them using a mac?

I've tryed use ffmpeg, convert part1.avi and part1.srt to dvd and later i converted part2.avi and part2.srt to DVD, now i have two Video_TS and AUDIO_TS folders and i don't know what to do, to make a single DVD...

    Thanks for any help

The movie can be joined with a free program called MPEG Streamclip. The subtitles can be joined with a program called Jubler.

Subtitler can also be used to join the Subtitles,
and convert them to a proper STL based subtitle.

Here's what I have been doing situations like this:

If you have DVD Studio Pro 3.02 or higher,
and proper codecs installed, you can just
import the avis back to back into the timeline,
import the joined subtitles in STL format,
set the subtitles to be "on" when played,
create a short menu with Play Movie button,
click "build" and let it go overnight.
In the morning, you have a proper VIDEO_TS with
    subtitles enabled.
If the resulting VIDEO_TS is too large, use DTOX to
    shrink accordingly.

  4. You dont have to join them, but you can convert them both to MPEG2 first, then add subtitles on each one and then author them as one DVD...
