SubtitleCreator - How to put in a delay for parts of the subtitle

I have a srt-file who I guess is made for another version of the serie I want to watch. Because after the commercial break, the sub is out of synq.

So I just wonder; can I put in a delay from for instance 30 minutes of the episode, so the rest of the episode will be in synq.

I have no idea if you can do that in Subtitle Creator, I would use Subtitle Workshop. The help file describes the procedure rather well.

You can use Easy subtitles Synchronizer (ESS). Is more easier than other tools. Less clicks.

Good Practices using Easy subtitles Synchronizer
For subtitles that do not require synchronization, load the file to ESS, repair them
(see Synchronization tools, repair) and finally save with a proper filename and encoding
type.
For subtitles that require synchronization, load the file to ESS, and try to
synchronize them using “Adjust” tool. If the tool ‘Adjust’ fail to synchronize, try the
“Manual Synch” tool. Finally repair them and save with a proper filename and encoding
type.
