  2. Have you installed .Net Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1?

Can you load one of the files into Gspot and post a screenshot of the result?

The NET.Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1 is installed, but the problem still happens. When I drop a video-file to SVCD2DVD the programm freez (ffmpeg.exe 98-99%). The same happens when I select/open an video-file by the menue.

Here is the Screenshot of Gspot:

    I change the ffmpeg.exe!

First I install the newes version of ffmpeg.exe (12.02.2007) to SVCD2DVD 2.1. Now the program diden't freez, but it also diden't works because the ffmpeg.exe diden't start

Then I install the ffmpeg.exe from S2D 2.0 to S2D 2.1 and now the program works.

I hope one of the next versions of S2D will works with a newer version of ffmpeg.exe!!

Where did you get that .exe? Or did you compile it yourself?

Thanks for the links but I can confirm what joga25 wrote. All the recent versions of ffmpeg don't work with SVCD2DVD.
