It seems to happen at random (although Im sure there is a logical explanation) but 4/5 times I click on a movie to play it on my computer (iBook G4) it loads it, as though its streaming it from the internet!! I know I know I should join the bandwagon and use VLC more often but I like how 'clean' quicktime is, but I really am at the end of my tether with this one!!!!!!

need more info.
Select one of the movies you are trying to play,
perform a command -i in Quicktime, and
post back Video Type, Audio Type, etc.
We can then figure out from there...."Everyone has to learn, so that they can one day teach."
