    ok I am very new to virtual dub, I want to convert an xvid file using these settings. xvid @ 320x240 24fps (NOT 23.98fps) Video data rate: 500kbps Aspect: 1.7777 . With 96kbps mp2 (NOT mp3) sound and put the brightness up a little bit and maybe lower the contrast slightly. Can somebody explain to me how to input these settings?

    Search Comp PM
    Video -> Filters -> Add -> Brightness and Contrast.

    Make your changes.

    Video -> Compression. Set up your output codec.

    File -> Save As
