I got this msg all the time when inserting any JPEG,MP3 or MVA music CD's.
I simply tried everyting as well as resetting....eventually my commen sense said use the Vacuum cleaner and blow the system clean from through the VCR & DVD slots and "Wala" ...end of all my problems and I have saved myself some $$$$
