I've read through some topics and there seems to be no way to download video's from NBC, but is there a way to capture just the audio?

I have Audacity, but I can't get the movie to play consistantly.

    Here's the URL.

HiDownload (trial) gave me a smil file as follows:
    <smil><head><meta base="" /> <layout><root-layout width="384" height="288" /></layout></head><body><switch><video src="nbcu/nbc/64_2074B74A_8BB5D_B1194_CD000_3BA864ADF_0500.flv" system-bitrate="500000" /><video src="nbcu/nbc/64_2074B74A_8BB5D_B1194_CD000_3BA864ADF_0300.flv" system-bitrate="300000" /><video src="nbcu/nbc/64_2074B74A_8BB5D_B1194_CD000_3BA864ADF_0150.flv" system-bitrate="150000" /><video src="nbcu/nbc/64_2074B74A_8BB5D_B1194_CD000_3BA864ADF_0035.flv" system-bitrate="35000" /><ref src="nbcu/nbc/64_2074B74A_8BB5D_B1194_CD000_3BA864ADF_0500.flv" /></switch></body></smil>

It appears that the first part of the URL is http://video.nbcuni.com/nbc/smil/
