I just edited my first homevideo of my camcorder using Windows Movie Maker, saved it to my harddrive(it saved it as a default WMV should I have saved It as something else?) Then I used Super to make an Mpeg II, used DVDAUTHORGUI to do a menu then burned it using nero. On Playback the audio will go from fine to amking loud cracking noises. What did I do wrong?
Also I had plenty of room on my DVD could I have raised the BitRate to improve picture quality?

Convert to DV-AVI instead of WMV and you wont lose that much video and audio quality.
What audio format did you select in SUPER? ac3 or mpeg audio?
