Hey guys,
I recently got a Panny 1980P off ebay and for some reason the picture has horizontal fuzzies present during playback. It happens while I play tapes, and also while I run a source into the line in as well. so that would tell me that it's not dirty heads or something simple like that, right?
Here's the best pic I could get. This is taken while playing at normal speed during a black period in the image on the tape.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

Could be just an AC ground loop so maybe try runnng the VCR off of a different power plug or circuit.
