How to convert video in this link to Windows playable format?

Glad I found this forum. I would like to convert the video in this link below, to a Windows playable format, likely .wma or mpeg. Of course, I would like to do this with free software!

Go to the webpage and press play.
let it run and few seconds....

From Internet Explorer go Tools >> Internet Options >> [General Tab - Temporary Internet files] > Settings > View Files

The Clip name is: os1a[2].flv

To convert from Flv to WMV use WinFF and select the WMV Preset or try Super.
