If I understand, you are converting from Xvid to DVD? You want to check for MP3 VBR audio. Gspot 2.60 will tell you. Look for the green 'VBR' window in the audio section. VBR audio can cause a lot of sync problems.

If you find it, you can extract the audio to WAV format with a program like Virtual Dub Mod, then either convert it to MP3 CBR, or AC3 audio if you are making a DVD. A guide here: https://forum.videohelp.com/viewtopic.php?t=280779

The K-lite codec pack is usually not a good idea. It can damage your existing codecs and cause other problems.

am not change XviD to DVD,

i need only make to Scarface Music video. then render to .wmv or rm ..

my Vegas why open a DivX audio formats

first time setup vegas is running, (XviD) audio sync not problem and view error ..

delete my codecs, re setup other K Lite patch old version and audio error .

This time, change to Scarface XViD to DivX with FourCC software.
add a vegas and not audio sycn ...

Vegas hates VBR MP3. Use virtualdubmod to replace the VBR MP3 audio track with an uncompressed wav version, then open it in Vegas.
