    i know how to burn the file to dvd but i cant now because it says audio tracks can not be written to dvd how do i fix it? so u know im burning it with toast

    Arent bin/cue file combinations usually for content to be burned to compact disc? Not DVD.

    Yeah, as far as I know, bin/cue are only for CD.
    If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them?

    That's right; bin/cue files are image files for vcd, not dvd.

    If what you want to do is to put several vcd (or vcd-type) movies on a single dvd, you'll need to make a few mods, generally. The audio error message you got is telling you something: DVD audio is sampled at 48kHz, but vcd audio is at 44.1kHz. You need to resample the audio from 44.1 to 48, then remux/author to make the error message go away.
