Hi,
I have 100's of files around 300MB in filesize, all in diffrent formats (avi, mpg, mov, wmv), im now looking to split these files into 6 x 50MB sized clips for easier downloading, is there any good tool i can use for this that has some form av scripting possibilty built-in that can handle this.
Thanks for any ideas.

Can't you store them in a rar archive and make 50mbs rars?
No tool can cut all video formats and keep correct video headers. -
No i cant do that since i want to be able to watch a part of the full video, if i just put them into 50MB rars it means i gotta download all the rars to watch the video at all.
Any tool that can do it for some of the more usual formats? -
Why would you have to download them if you already have the full versions to watch?
He's a liar and a murderer, and I say that with all due respect. -
Sorry my bad, i want other people to be able to watch parts of the video, anyways if there is some tool that can handle just mpeg and wmv it will do.

I wouldn't think WinRar would take that long to split those files into 50mb chunks, even if you had to sit there and do it manually. Simply put it into Store mode instead of of attempting to further compress the files.

Well rar is no good since it will require that i have to download all the parts to be able to watch the video i want people to be able to download 50mb chucks of the video and watch them seperatly.
