    Is it possible to cut a slight part of a vob file without having to encode all over again ?

    And how can i burn several mini dvds into one dvd ?

    The editing can be done very well using VideoRedo.

    My personal preference for the reauthoring would be SVCD2DVD, but I am sure there are others.
