    I had a part if a DVD I wanted to get. I downloaded one of the VOB Files. I need to edit the VOB so I have the part I wanted.

    The programs I have, DVD Shrink, Ulead VideoStudio or DVDFab 5 don't see just the one VOB.

    Is there a way to open a VOB to edit?

    Hi

    If all you want to do is cut a section out to keep, then I would use Mpg2Cut2, it is free & simple & does a good job IMO.
