Loosing some of my audio file

I am converting the audio stream of a video to Ac3 using besweet and AC3 machine while converting the "frame rate" from 24 to 25 FPS. however i seem to loose the last few minutes of the audio each time.
Does anyone know why this might be?

There's a size limit to WAV files. Can't recall if it is 2GB or 4GB. Might be related to that?


Try a test by going from WAV --> Change FPS from 24 to 25 -->WAV

Does that work ? If yes, then the AC3 encoder is messing up.

If not, then either the source WAV file is corrupted, or you have the file size limit issue.
