  1. I'd like to know if there is a way, to take the audio froma VOB file to improove it and than connect it improoved to the vob files again, without it loosing it's quality?

    You demux the audio from the VOB using rejig or PGCDemux or similar. You can mux it back in using muxman. Both of these processes do not affect quality.

    What you do with the audio while trying to restore . . . . that could screw it up completely.
