  1. I have .dts file ripped from a standard dvd vob file. How to convert that .dts file to
    DTS-CD 5.1 wav file.

    You have to demux it back to 6 mono channels, resample each channel down to 44.1kHz, and re-encode to a DTS wav file with something like Surcode.

    Once you have done this it will only be playable on a DVD or CD player with a digital output connected to a DTS decoder, or on your PC wit the appropriate codecs installed.
