Father-in-law bought this from the US for my son in England, (surprise present). Son was over the moon, really happy. Takes me a couple of days to get an adaptor plug, then I plug it into the mains, stick in a region 2 DVD (fingers crossed and praying...) - Wrong region.

Oh the sadness. He's only 6 and really doesn't understand the tech. I thought, what the hell, see if there is a hack for this obscure portable DVD player, stuck it into Google... this was the first site Google found.

Hack worked 100% We now have a very happy boy.

I wanted to put comments against the hack but couldn't work out how.
