I bought several DVD players for my car and they all didn't work. Finally found this one and it worked. After a few weeks it is now acting funny. The DVD's will play, but if the unit gets bumped the screen freezes up and displays many lines all over, while the movie continues to play. All you can hear is the sound.

I have tapped all over the screen and its backing, and that doesn't cause the problem. If I tap the main DVD part the lines appear. Is this just a loose connection that I can open it up and secure?
