    Sorry, there was a post in another forum with this link and the user claimed that the MP3s he "cut" to vinyl improved the quality and copies of albums to the vinyl recorder removed the snaps and pops of the scratched vinyl.

    I found the whole thing very amusing. I posted a response that you can't improve the quality of something like that. Especially something like an MP3 where you have lost up to 90% of the data anyway. Oh well.

    at 26 minutes a side, how many cuts to the stylus????

    Not to mention I doubt these "cut" records have the endurance of true pressed vinyl. And that isn't saying much.
