I am trying to do anything I can to improve Asian TV Series that I downloaded on the net (RMVB files) so I can burn it to DVD. I know that I cannot improve the quality to the original but how can I look it better?? Any suggestions??

The Asians TV Shows were in High Quality on VCDs and they were distributed on the net on low quality RMVB so because of that, I cannot improve the quality...

I tried MSU Smart Deblocking it improved a little but there are still more little pixels on motion scenes (like kung-fu fight scenes). I also tried deinterlacing but still no luck.

    Any suggestions??????

Maybe use some of avisynth's filters to sharpen and enhance the videos. I am not sure which filter would work best in this case, but a little trial and error is needed.
