When I try to bring up task manager by clicking on ctl-alt-del a message pops up and says "Task Manager has been disabled by your administrator"
I tried clicking on taskmgr.exe in the system32 folder and get the same message.
How do I get it back? thanks

... as would googling first, then asking questions later if stuck
