I was wondering i have a program that will take vob files and merge them together to make a movie. I have iso files right now and if i extract the files using winrar then i see there are vob files. Can i just simply take these files. Or is their other things that i need to worry about. Also I used dvdshrink to extract clips and it saves the clips as iso. That is the iso clips i have now.

If you have the VOBs and the rest of the DVD format, you already have a DVD movie. See 'WHAT IS' DVD to the upper left. <<<<<<
But it you want to extract the MPEGs from the VOBS you can use VOB2MPG. This will give you one large MPEG of the entire movie. You can also do this with TMPGEnc encoder or you can open the individual VOBs with a program like VirtualDub Mod and convert them to Xvid or similar formats.

If you want to burn the VOB's back to disk to create a DVD then you need to author them together. TDA can do that.
