    This has got to be some simple problem. I right click for Text Media in the video track, and fill in some text. When I look at the frame for it, it shows nothing. If I preview it in Video Preview, it doesn't show up. However, if I use the cursor to lengthen the box, I can see the text in Video Preview until I release the mouse. I just had a text event where it was working fine until I sent into the preset and changed some minor element--a character? Now the text can't be seen external to the preset.

    Glad you solved it because you didn't even tell us what package you were using. It might have been a fun guessing game though.
